Thank you Hazukido Eurasian Bakehouse for crafting up such a delicious treat! This is the "Biscoff Crookie" - a buttery croissant filled with Biscoff spread topped with a chocolate chip cookie, which is then topped with a traditional Lotus Biscoff cookie. It was warm, sugary and sweet. The croissant itself was soft and flaky with a fresh crusty exterior, while the spread and cookies were soft and warm. Absolutely delicious!
