My Slice of Paradise

I am the prime example of city kid raised but small town life captured my heart. I have set my roots in the small town of Hinton, Alberta Canada just east of Jasper National Park.

I grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia. It was easy to not notice the simple things around me, the colors of the trees in the fall or how the winter snow showcases the strength of nature.

After many years of searching for my “thing” I have finally found it!

My love for the outdoors is taking me to places I would have never dreamed of going before. Combine that with my passion for photography and this is what you get. When I am not out hiking and exploring my beautiful backyard I work as a Photographer

I am a mother of a teenager(I am pretty lucky, she is a good kid), wife to a hard working oil field man, mom to two crazy labrador retrievers and one cat(who I think thinks he is a dog).

My Slice of Paradise was created as a place to journal it all. The good, the bad and even the ugly.
