What is a Comic-Con?
A Comic-con, short for comic convention, is an event that started as a place to buy and sell comic books. The first Comic Con was held in 1964, and since that time comic cons have expanded to now include related forms of pop culture entertainment, including movies, TV shows, and video games. A Comic-Con is where you can GEEK OUT!

At this year's event in Victoria, BC, there will be special guests, workshops, (wig dyeing anyone?), cosplay, and cosplay competitions, comics, gaming, artists, merchandise, attractions and entertainment! Fun for the entire family!

There are also 3-Day Pass, VIP 3-Day Pass and Family Pass ticket options all available for purchase online: https://capitalcitycomiccon.ca/tickets/ If tickets are purchased at the venue there is an additional $5 charge per ticket. Capital City Comic Con is spread over two fantastic venues: Victoria Conference Centre and the Crystal Garden across the street.
