Visit the sugar shack, and watch the sap to syrup process unfold while enjoying taffy on the snow.
Come take a walk, or snowshoe through over 2km worth of trails that will lead you through our beautiful property.

The sugar shack is an age-old log cabin, with a wood-burning evaporator, go inside and learn how maple sap becomes syrup. The sugar shack has been used to make maple syrup for over 200 years.

Don’t forget to swing by the Heritage Barn, built-in 1867, to visit the animals. They love making new friends!

Hop on a tractor-drawn ride and be taken through an area of the farm and Sugarbush not accessible on foot!

Come take a walk through approx. 2km worth of trails that will lead you through this beautiful property.

Back by popular demand, Stanley’s Deep Fried Pancakes will be available this Sugarbush season. Using the Stanley’s Family Pancake recipe, deep-fried till golden brown and served with delicious Stanley’s Maple Syrup. You will find them at the new Stanley’s Food Truck alongside some other tasty options. You can also visit the Snack Shack and grab a drink to keep you warm! Pancake House is CLOSED for the season due to Covid-19.

Of course, we could never forget about taffy on the snow. The Taffy Shack will be making and serving Maple Taffies all day long!
