This week on "Supporting Local Tourism" we were in Vernon British Columbia hiking the Blackcomb way grey canal trail.
This trail follows the old canal waterway, which used to transport water to the nearby homes and farms, while no longer a canal, you can still see some of the canal pieces left behind.
This trail is truly unique, as it connects to a second parking lot and acts as a full loop, meaning you get 2 trails in one!

Did you know that there are kangaroos in the Okanagan, okay, not wild Kangaroos but....This week on "Supporting Local Tourism" we visited the Kangaroo Creek farm in Kelowna British Columbia. When visiting the farm you can see Kangaroos, capybaras, bubbies and more. In some of the enclosures, you can even pet and feed exotic animals!
