Art Mann Park is on Quamichan Lake, just 3 km north east of Duncan BC. There is a children's playground, picnic area, and boat launch. It is also the second location for the Maple Bay Rowing Club. Quamichan Lake was the location of the 2022 National Rowing Championships.
Quamichan Lake rarely freezes over to migratory birds visit this area. Over 65,000 trout were added to this lake between 2010 and 2014.
