Located in Moose Jaw (45 minutes west of Regina), Hopkins Dining Parlour is a step back in time with its lovely Victorian decor and antique furnishings. Famous for its delicious prime rib Hopkins also has seafood, mouthwatering steaks and 22 incredible flavours of wings.
The great food isn't the only thing Hopkins is famous for, they are also famous for having a resident Ghost. Yes, the ghost of Minniei Hopkins is believed to be the entity both staff and customers have seen.
