The 2024 Downtown Defrost will be held in Edmonton’s downtown at the Sir Winston Churchill Square Easter long weekend.
The event will be held in a heated tent and there will be a second stage for the first time that will be held outdoors!

Judged on artistry and technique, the artists use chainsaws and chisels as they transform 15 300lb blocks of ice into striking Ice Sculptures.
