This is the Farmers' Market at Royal Kwantlen Park in Surrey British Columbia. The Farmers' Market is held every Saturday from 10:00 to 3:00 pm until October. 

Today is especially festive as the country is celebrating Canada Day. Note the red maple leaves here and there. 

A Farmers' Market is a great place to pick up farm fresh vegetables and fruit. Also many vendors are selling crafts, homemade soaps, jams and jellies, art work, baking, and many other products.
