Traboulay PoCo Trail in Port Coquitlam BC Canada
The Traboulay PoCo Trail is a great loop that covers 25.3 kilometers. This video is taken from the portion of the dyke bordering the Pitt River. Golden Ears (a group of mountain summits in the Coast Mountains) is the wonderful view on the far side of the river.

Kim Kenyon Actually we saw a horse and rider while we were walking. Horses are welcome on this trail. -
This would make a perfect half marathon training or race route!
