The Rotary Beach Park is an oceanfront park located in Campbell River, BC on Vancouver Island, Canada. The park is located on Highway #19A - just a short distance south of the community of Campbell River.
The park is best known for its Seawalk and many chainsaw wood carvings on display in the park. Every year the community holds a chainsaw carving competition. Many of the finished pieces are left on display in the park for viewing. There are carvings resembling wildlife, marine activities and First Nation culture.
The Seawalk Pathway connects to the park and continues pass the park. Many decide to park their vehicles in the park when exploring along the Seawalk Pathway. Along the pathway are various points of interest and many viewing benches.
The Rotary Park is situated on the waterfront facing the Discovery Channel. From the park are some great views of the surrounding islands, marine activity and seabirds. From the park one can often see sailboats, fishing vessels, cruise ships and cargo ships coming and going.
