Blueberry Hill is a hiking and sightseeing destination located in the community of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. The community of Sudbury is located in Rainbow Country in Northeastern Ontario.

The Blueberry Hill Trail is a 1 kilometre loop hiking path which leads to 2 lookouts and a hilltop gazebo. The views from the hilltop gazebo are the highlights of the trek.

The trail is also a very popular hiking destination during the picking season for its many blueberry bushes.

During the blueberry season the trail is very busy with pickers. Otherwise, the trail is enjoyed on many occasions with few people on the path.

The hiking route is an elevation hike which climbs, a total, of 46 metres up to a covered gazebo. From the gazebo there are wide ranging views of the community, Ramsey Lake and Minnow Lake.

The trail, itself, is a single track route with exposed boulders, tree roots and loose gravel and dirt. Most of the trek to the gazebo is through forest. At the gazebo you are above the trees and the views open right up.

How To Get ToBlueberry Hill Trail

Drive : Travel to the community of Sudbury, Ontario. From downtown Sudbury travel east on Elm Street to Kingsway Street. From Kingsway turn right onto Bancroft Street. On your left is a large gravel parking lot for the Carmichael Arena. The trailhead is located in the far left corner of the parking lot.
