Meatbird Lake is a beach destination located in Lively, Ontario which is situated southwest of the community of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. The community of Lively and Sudbury is located in Rainbow Country in Northeastern Ontario.

Meatbird Lake is part of the Lower Junction Creek Watershed. The lake is best known as a summer destination popular for swimming and hiking.

There is a well maintained, supervised sandy beach and a 5 kilometre walking trail. The walking trail loops around the lake (some would say pond) leading to viewing platforms & information signs.

The views on Meatbird Lake include bird sightings and a water fountain in the centre of the lake. Located near the beach area is a children's playground and a day use picnic area.

Other activities enjoyed on Meatbird Lake include canoeing and kayaking.

How To Get ToMeatbird Lake

Drive : Travel to the community of Sudbury, Ontario. From downtown Sudbury travel south on Highway #34 and then on Hwy #55 to the community of Lively, Ontario. Travel the main street in Lively and continue north on Municipal Rd. 24 to the park.
