Lighthouse Park is a rocky waterfront park and sightseeing destination located on Point Atkinson near the community of West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Atkinson Point is where Howe Sound meets Burrard Inlet.

Lighthouse Park measures 75 hectares and was designated a lighthouse reserve by the Government of Canada. The lighthouse is one of the first manned lighthouses in Canada dating back to 1874. The lighthouse today was rebuilt in 1912 and is currently a community landmark.

The lighthouse is the highlight of the park... however there are other features which draw people to the park for adventure like the 10 kilometres of hiking trails and the abundance of marine scenery.

The trail networks in Lighthouse Park explore a forest of western hemlock, douglas fir and western red cedar trees. Closer to the coastline the trails navigate jagged cliffs and big drop offs. Remember you are hiking in a westcoast rainforest so trails can be muddy with many exposed tree roots and rocks.

The main trail from the parking lot leading to the lighthouse is called the Beacon Lane Trail. It is a short downhill trail leading to the lighthouse and should take only 10-15 minutes. However... the trail is uphill walking back from the lighthouse therefore be prepared for a steep climb back to the parking lot.

There are information signs on some of the trails, as well as, sightseeing and resting benches. Some of the trails in the park include the Juniper Loop, Shore Pine, Salal Loop, Deer Fern, Summit Trail, Battered Owl, Arbutus, Valley, Seven Sisters, West Beach and the Valley of the Giants Trail.

Some of the sightseeing destinations include the Lookout at Juniper Point which provides views of Howe Sound; Eagle Point with views over Burrard Inlet; Arbutus Knoll with views over Starboat Cove and Shore Pine Point with views over Merganser Bay.

Lighthouse Park is an off-leash dog park but please respect nature and stay on trails. Some of the services in the park include a day use picnic area, washrooms, lookout, Phyl Munday Nature House and the Sk'iwitsut building.
