Surrey Lake Park is a birdwatching and walking trail destination in the community of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

There is a loop recreation trail exploring the park. The trail visits a lake, a wetland pond and a forested area. The trail is mostly gravel, level and very easy going. The loop path is very well suited for all ages and fitness levels.

Surrey Lake Park measures about 36 hectares (90 acres). Flowing through the centre of the protected parkland is Bear Creek. The park is a wilderness wetland environment with very little extras.

From the main entrance the 2.1 kilometre loop trail follows the eastern shoreline of Surrey Lake - passing by a wetland pond - prior to entering a forested area of the park. Decorating the trail are many sightseeing benches with views of the lake and wetland.

The Surrey Lake trail is for walking and biking. However... Surrey Lake Park is better known as a birdwatching destination. There are many sightings of waterfowl, songbirds and predator birds in the park near the lake and wetland pond.

Some of the bird sightings in Surrey Lake Park include a Bald Eagle, Cooper's Hawk, Hooded Merganse, Red-winged Blackbird, Mallard duck, Bufflehead, Lesser Scaup, Pileated Woodpecker, Marsh Wren, Double-crested Cormorant, Great Blue Heron, Killdeer, Common Yellowthroat, Spotted Towhee, Cedar Waxwing and an American Coot.
