Homesite Creek Trail and Waterfall

Sunshine Coast Parks, Trails and Places

Homesite Creek Trail is located north of Sechelt, Sunshine Coast, BC nearest the community of Halfmoon Bay. The hiking trail explores forests and, at times, can be a difficult trek as the terrain is rough and can get soggy and muddy.

The Homesite Creek Trail cuts through forests for 2 km ( 1.2 mi.) and leads to the Homesite Waterfall, some sinkholes and a group of limestone caves. The caves are self exploratory, so beware, as the floor of the caves can be slippery.

The area is protected so be gentle to your surroundings and do not disturb any of the landscape. The route should take 30 min - 1 hour to complete.
