Juniper Beach Provincial Park is a small campground park surrounded by a few trees, sagebrush, juniper and pear cactus located on the shores of the mighty Thompson River east of the community of Cache Creek, British Columbia, Canada.

Juniper Provincial Park is a protected park established in 1989 to preserve the desert landscape and vast grasslands of the region. The park highlight is the Thompson River and, to many, the railway. Two sets of railway tracks - one on the hill across the river and the other at the entrance of the park - both tracks guide the trains through the valley everyday.

The 260 hectare full service park includes a, first-come first-serve, campground. The small campground includes RV and tenting campsites (only 30 or so), a few rugged river trails, fresh water taps, picnic tables, electric hook ups, pit toilets, fire pits, sani-dump and hot showers.

There is a large day use area with good parking. The day use section includes two picnic tables and.. more importantly, provides visitors access to the river, the small sandy beach and to the swimming hole.

Juniper Beach Provincial Park is a campground and day use destination attracting campers, boaters, kayakers, canoeists and people who enjoy fishing. The Thompson River is home to steelhead and salmon. All boaters should check the river conditions prior to any fishing trip as river conditions change. Same goes for kayakers and, especially, for canoeists.
