Campbell River Memories

Have been updating our www.VancouverIslandAccommodations.com travel website. It brings back memories of some of the adventures we enjoyed in the region. Spending my nights writing and updating. Does not sound like much.. but it is time intensive.

Nothing stands out more than the Seawalk.  It is a beautiful waterfront pathway in Campbell River.  The walkway includes waterfront scenery, seabirds and chainsaw art (main picture) . The walk along the shoreline of Johnstone Strait is still very vivid in my mind.  Many days have been spent relaxing on the beach watching the marine activity  and seabirds for hours.. always taking pictures.

Summer tourism is coming to an end and winter is kicking into high gear.  It is getting close to ski and snowboarding season.  I can not even begin to express how much Bro and I are looking forward to some boarding time. I feel the need for speed.

The new photo gallery is up with many new photos of the Campbell River area. Take a look. Posting the pics triggered the many memories.
