While visiting Christie Conservation Area be sure to explore the trails that wind for 10 kilometres through serene meadows and towering pine forests. You will also see a wide range of wildlife that make their home in this 336-hectare conservation area. Trails are accessible by foot, snowshoes or cross-country skis, weather permitting.

For bike riders the trails include nearly 5 km of beginner, intermediate and advanced paths, with a clay surface and few rocks. The bike trails run through the south side of Christie Lake, opening up the mostly pine-reforested area to two-wheeled exploration. See Christie Lake while paddling on the lake. Rowboats, canoes and kayaks are available for rent, or bring your own! No gasoline motors are allowed.
