Henderson Lake is a community recreation destination enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels located in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta in the southern region of Alberta, Canada.

It is a well developed and well visited park popular for many activities including walking, dog walking, roller blading, jogging, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, birdwatching, sightseeing, picnicking and much more.

In the centre of this Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada park is a large man-made lake. Along the shores of the lake are picnic sites, group picnic areas, playground, a concession (summer hours only), large grass lawns, flower gardens, volleyball courts, groves of trees, a canoe launch and recreation trails.

The trails in the park are mostly paved pathways with some sections surfaced in gravel. There is a 2.5 kilometre loop trail which explores around the shores of the man made lake. Along the trail are sightseeing benches, a floating dock and directional signs. This trail is very wheelchair and baby stroller friendly.

Circling the outer rim of the park is another pathway which measures 4.3 kilometres. Both trails in Henderson Lake Park connect to the Coal Banks Trail which explores the entire community.

This lethbridge, Alberta, Canada park is a popular destination for events such as festivals, weddings and concerts. The group picnic area on the west end of the lake enjoys large grass lawns and a shelter with kitchen facilities (requires booking).

Next to the park is the Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens. Some of the facilities in the immediate area of Henderson Lake Park include a baseball diamond, tennis courts, campground, exhibition grounds, golf course and ice rinks.
