The walkway follows a boardwalk path providing great views of the river, as well as, connects to some historic sites and lookout points. It is referred by some as the Carmacks Historical Buildings Walking Tour.

The Sheep Mountain Lookout adventure consists of a short walking trail and a wooden viewing platform. Stairs from the trail lead up onto the elevated viewing deck. On the viewing platform are benches for seating. Views are far reaching and it is very wise to bring along some binoculars.

Community Trails within the community of Faro, Yukon Territories are popular for connecting and moving around the community by bike, foot, xc ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. The trails include the Bear, Eagle, Fox, Rabbit and Wolf Trails.

A forested park with gravel hiking trails leading hikers and walkers to a pond, some sitting benches, flower gardens and some clay cliffs with views of the community of Whitehorse.

Bennett Lake is home to many recreational activities. In the summer months some of the activities enjoyed include fishing (Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling), boating, sailing, canoeing, swimming and backpacking. Backpacking is enjoyed along the shores of the lake on the Chilkoot Trail.

Highlights at Miles Canyon include a suspension bridge, the Yukon River, a comprehensive trail system, a historic gold mining town and basalt cliffs colored in a strange orange lichen. There are opportunities to view riverboat cruises , Yukon rapids, and wildlife.

The Crocus Bluff Nature Trail is a sightseeing interpretive trail leading to a wooden viewing platform in the community of Dawson City, Yukon Territory, Canada. The trail is an easy-grade, level hiking route exploring along a bluff located high above the community.
