Portage Bay Recreation Area is located west of the Community of Kenora, Ontario, Canada. The region is best known for its ball fields, tennis courts, skateboard park and the Mink Bay Trails.

The Mink Bay Trail is a 4.3-km (2.7-mile) urban walking trail through the heart of Keewatin. The recreation area amenties include washrooms, picnic areas and a playground.

The trails are well used for exploring the wetland area which is home to many various wildlife species like otters, blue herons, deer, and fox in their natural setting. The trail is connected to the Keewatin Arena by an overhead bridge.
