Canadian Hiking History is about to be made!
On November 1st, 2018 at 1pm (MDT) in the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk in the NWT, Dana Meise (The Great Hike) will finish the final leg of his 21,000km hike along the Trans Canada Trail to 3 Oceans!!
Dana started his hike in Newfoundland after dipping his boots into the Atlantic Ocean. He then hiked the TCT 16,000kms east to west to Vancouver, British Columbia where he dipped his boots in the Pacific Ocean.
Completing that leg Dana set a World Record for the Longest Solo Hike and was also named one of Canada's Top 100 Explorers by Canadian Geographic.

But Dana wasn't done. Now after months of hiking in frigid arctic temperatures, tomorrow, my friend will complete his life dream by finishing the final leg of the northern trail and dip his boots in the Arctic Ocean!
