The stretch from Kingston to Gananoque passes through the entrance to the Thousand Islands, where the scenery becomes truly spectacular. We stopped at Milton Island in Thousand Islands region where we were able to stretch our legs and explore.

Beautiful Views and Careful Navigation

In addition to spectacular views of tree-covered islands, rocky shores and cottages, certain sections of the waterway require careful navigation through extremely shallow water in areas. Safe passage is assured by buoy markers and channels that guide the way. Our trip from Belleville to Gananoque, Ontario, Canada, was a perfect mix both peaceful relaxation with adventure.
