The Loggers Memorial in Blind River is located on Trans Canada Highway 17 near the Timber Village Museum and is visible from the highway. In 2000, the Loggers Memorial was created by artist Laura Brown and features three 25-foot copper-clad pine trees surrounded by running water elements and two 7-foot-tall bronze river drivers working to free a log jam. This memorial commemorates the rich logging and timber history of the region.
