Recently I was on a road trip exploring the communities in the South Central Interior of British Columbia, Canada. During my week exploring, in and around, the Village of Cache Creek, BC, Canada<\/a><\/strong> I stayed with the Bonaparte Inn. A locally operated motel and inn within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and downtown Cache Creek. <\/p>\n

The Cache Creek Motel offers clean rooms and suites. All the rooms point inwards towards a grassy lawn common area with a swimming pool (seasonal), sauna and hot tub (year round). This is where all guests gather on a sunny day. During my visit, it was so very hot-hot-hot and the pool area was a popular place for many of us to meet and greet.<\/p>\n

I am an outdoor adventurer with simple needs. Always have been. Always will be. A fancy, high-priced room is not a necessary luxury for me. Not really a materialistic type of guy. What makes a room work for me is pretty simple. Make it clean, comfortable, and functional and I am good to go.  Let’s face facts… the bed, after a long day of working or exploring, can become your best friend real fast. That degree of “bed-love” is the one relationship while traveling which can really make a difference the next day.  Bonaparte Inn showed me the love.   <\/p>\n
