Francis/King Regional Park is a 107.33 hectares nature and activity park located in the community of  Saanich, BC north of Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island, Canada. The popular activities include hiking, picnicking and sightseeing.

The highlights of the park are the Nature Centre and Heritage Grove. The Nature Centre is staffed with naturalists. Heritage Grove is home to 500 year old trees. 

There are over 11 kilometres of hiking trails in the Francis/King Regional Park in total.  The trails explore forests and connect to areas with wildflowers. Most trails are single track dirt trails. Some are easy going, others have hills. 

The Elsie King Trail is a loop cedar boardwalk which is wheelchair and baby stroller friendly. This trail includes some interpretive signs, a day use area with benches and a shelter. The park trails also connect to explorers to Thetis Lake Regional Park. 

The highlights of the park are the Nature Centre and Heritage Grove. The Nature Centre is staffed with naturalists. Heritage Grove is home to 500 year old trees.

How To Get ToFrancis/King Regional Park

From Victoria take the Trans-Canada Highway then take the Helmcken Road exit followed by a left onto Burnside Road West, then right on Prospect Lake Road. Travel 300 metres on prospect and turn left on Munn Road.
